Do you have a free trial?+
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 7-day card-on-file trial with 20 generations total. We collect your card at checkout but don’t charge for 7 days. If it isn’t for you, cancel from /billing before day 8 and you won’t be charged a cent. Otherwise the plan auto-bills on day 8 and renews monthly.
When does my card get charged?+
On day 8 — the day after your 7-day trial capped at 20 generations total ends. If you cancel any time during the trial we don’t charge you. After day 8 you’re billed monthly at the listed plan price until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Sign in and use "Manage subscription" on the /billing page — it opens the secure billing portal where you can cancel in two clicks. Cancel during the 7-day trial capped at 20 generations total and you won’t be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What’s the refund policy?+
Because we don’t charge during the 7-day trial capped at 20 generations total, the cleanest way to get your money back is to cancel before day 8 — that’s a $0 outcome. After you’ve been billed, charges are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Charged in error? Email billing@jucey.app and we’ll sort it out.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Use "Manage subscription" to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect on the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.
Is annual billing available?+
Yes. Annual plans are available through the JUCEY billing team. Email billing@jucey.app from the address on your account and we’ll move you to the annual option for your tier.
